Presentation Guidelines

Presentation & Poster

1. Full papers will be presented in a 20 minute presentation. There is no poster for full papers
2. Indian special session presenters have a 15 minute presentation and a poster
3. Poster presenters have a 1 minute presentation (one slide only) and a poster
4. PhD forum presenters have a poster only.

Details

There are no conference templates. Authors can choose the style they feel is appropriate for their presentations/posters

Presentation :

1. All authors should contact their session chairs at least 15 minutes before their session with their presentations on a memory stick
2. The presentation should be in powerpoint (preferred) or PDF.

Poster :

1. The size of the poster can be as large as 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width).
2. The one slide for the poster presenters should only encourage people to come check out their poster. This will come right at the beginning of the associated poster session.
