SIGSE will provide limited support to any group in the country to organize research level workshops in software engineering areas. The support will be limited and is likely to be only for inviting key speakers. It is expected that academic researchers and faculty will utilize this for organizing workshops in focused areas. Details about this program will be available soon. If any researcher/faculty member wants to organize a workshop and seeks support from SIGSE, a short note on the workshop and support needed should be sent to the SIGSE execom chair by email.
