Consider any one of the following two ambitious plans of the GOI

1. Digital health: National Digital Health Blueprint, National Health Stack, Digital Information Security in Healthcare, Act (DISHA).
2. Public credit registry: Report of the High Level Task Force on Public Credit Registry for India, Expression of Interest (EOI) for Implementation of end-to-end solution for Public Credit Registry (PCR)

Both proposals envisage large-scale collection of personal data and automated processing using ML and data analytics algorithms.

1. Evaluate either of the two proposals from the perspectives of various risks that we have studied in the course.
2. Make suitable design suggestions to mitigate the risks.
