I am a research scholar at IIT Delhi in Department of Computer Science & Engineering. I am working under the guidance of Prof Preeti Ranjan Panda, as a member of Memory and Embedded Architecture Research Group (MARG). My research areas include performance optimizations and thermal management in novel Memory Technologies.
I am broadly interested in novel DRAM technologies, Neural Networks, Compilers, Networking and Operating Systems. Currently, I am working towards building application-specific architectural optimizations to address thermal challenges in systems with 3D-DRAMs. We aim to maximize application performance under thermal constraints. To this goal, we study application-specific features that could be leveraged in thermal management policies to give best performance without voilating thermal limits.
