With Samyak Jain (dual degree student from our group). We hiked to Mt Fitz Roy in Patagonia, Argentina during ICLR 2026, which was held in Rio, Brazil.

After our poster presentation on GnnXemplar at NeurIPS 2025. This paper was selected as an Oral! Burouj, the PhD author from the group, was the lead author. This work was also supported by our dual degree student Eshan, and Harsh from Fujitsu Research.

Along with our paper presentation at ICML 2025, we made a 2000 km roadtrip from Vancouver to Banff National Park and then Jasper National Park. Here is a photo from Banff in front of a glacier, along with two authors of the paper, Samidha (PhD student from the lab) and Arushi (dual degree student).

ICLR 2025, Singapore. Presenting Bonsai, our gradient-free approach to graph condensation, with Mridul Gupta, Samyak Jain, and Vansh Ramani. Bonsai was Samyak's dual degree project, for which he received the Best Dual Degree Project award from CSE.

NeurIPS 2024, Vancouver. Presenting FUGAL, our work on feature-fortified graph alignment, with dual degree students Aditya Bommakanti and Harshith Reddy Vonteri.

During ICLR 2023, Rwanda, we explored the African wilderness and saw an amazing variety of animals including rhinos, hippos, and elephants in the wild. In this photo, with Suresh Bishnoi (past PhD student) on a boat safari with African cape buffaloes in the background.
