We checked out a similar grammar in "Compiler Design" Book by Aho. Ex - 4.19 Grammar 4.13. Pg 192, which says that no LL(1) grammar is possible, in theory. Although, its not a problem from implementation point of view because whenever a ";" is seen it won't apply the production which goes to "empty" contrary to what is specified in grammar. Waiting for your confirmation !!
