Hello! I'm Shivanker Goel, a 3rd year undergraduate student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Delhi.

Recently, I completed 2 projects at Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, Saarbrücken, Germany, as a part of my summer research fellowship. I worked on the following topics.

  • Implementing and benchmarking Ace, an efficient key exchange protocol for Onion Routing.
  • Defining a provably secure and practical Onion Routing protocol for Tor's Hidden Services.

Research Interests

Broadly, I am interested in computer systems. I am interested in Cryptography & System Security, Operating Systems and Computer Networks and their security. I am also not stopping myself from exploring the area of Computer Graphics.

System Administration

I am also a part of the 'updaters' group at IIT Delhi, playing the role of a system administrator for the department. As an updater, I am responsible for maintaining the department's entire IT infrastructure, properly utilizing the resources at hand as well as starting new services.
