My primary research focus is three dimensional interactive computer graphics. We try to produce realistic images of very large geometric models at movie-like rates. This includes generating appropriate representations for and parallel processing of massive geometric data. Application areas we investigate include medical and scientific visualization, CAD, virtual worlds, and physical simulations.

We have a comprehensive curriculum in visual computing at IIT Delhi at both undergraduate and graduate levels. These courses range from the fundamentals of computer graphics and animation, geometric modeling, image processing, and computer vision to applications and current research.
