Instructions to Candidates Selected for the Summer Workshop on Design & Innovation (8th April 2014)

1.       All selected candidates have been informed by email.  The list is also included in this document at the end.

 

2.       All candidates currently on waiting list have also been informed by email. If vacancies arise and they are selected, they would be contacted individually.

 

 

3.       Now the next steps to be followed by selected candidates are as follows:

 

                     i.            Acknowledge the receipt of this email and let us know whether you are planning to join or not. Note in case you have some other plans for summer, it would be helpful if you let us know soon so that we can make an offer to others who are in the waiting list.

                   ii.            Prepare a draft of Rs 5000/- in favor of "Registrar IIT Delhi" and send it to the following address

It is important that your draft reaches us before Friday 18th April otherwise we would be offering your seat to those on the waiting list. Note this is only a security deposit for reserving your seat and the workshop itself is free. Once you join the workshop we would return the draft to you.

                  iii.            Once having completed the above formalities prepare for reaching Delhi on 1st June 2014. You would be informed about your accommodation details a week before your arrival.
