Brief Bio..

I am a PhD student with Department of Computer Science at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India. My current research includes Computer Vision, Multiview Geometry, Computational Photography and Machine Learning. Currently I am working on

  • Monocular SLAM for robotics
  • Large Scale Sparse and Dense 3D Reconstruction
  • Mesh deformation, non-rigid reconstruction
  • Deep learning for object detection and localization
Along with Geometric Computer Vision I am also interested in working with Machine Learning, Graphical Models like Topic Discovery and Computational Photography.

I also work as Scientist at Innovation lab , Tata Consultancy Services. Prior to that I worked as Researcher at a start up company Avisere Technology Pvt. Ltd now Videonetics. There I mainly worked on video surveillance and machine learning. I also worked at Indian Statistical Institute under Prof. Nikhil R. Pal in pattern recognition and image processing projects before joining Avisere. My schooling is from Kolkata, West Bengal and I did my B.Tech from Institute of Engineering and Management under University of Kalyani. I like reading books in spare times and photography is my passion.
